I fail at blogging.

I've had a busy year outside of music making. The wife and I had a baby girl named Alana Harmony Bennett in November so I've been kinda avoiding playing gigs / making music due to being tied up with that. However I am playing an Xmas show tomorrow night at The Lead Station in Chorlton. Doors are at 6pm.

Updates! New song! Gigs!

Apologies to the 2 people who read this blog for lack of updates. I've got a few things to say anyway.

First off I've recorded a new song. I wrote it this weekend and I'm dead proud of it. It's called Rosemarie's Tent and you can listen to it and download it from my new bandcamp page over at

I am also playing a couple of gigs over the next few months:

19th June - The Commercial Hotel in Mossley. This should be an afternoon slot.
2nd July - The Klondyke Club in Levenshulme, I should also be on ALL FM being interviewed about this at some point too

and for the second year running at... Glastonbury - Drop the Debt bus. Further details to follow!

Lastly I must say a big thanks to Tom Byrne for putting me on at Mint bar in Chorlton last week. It was a blast!
